Assuming all tickets are sold; 1 ticket has a 1 in 70,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.

Maximum number of tickets in Lottery No. 94 is 70,000 tickets throughout New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Tasmania (TAS), Victoria (VIC). Maximum number of tickets in Lottery No. 94 is 58,333 tickets throughout Australian Capital Territory (ACT). All tickets are $5.00 each.

The total retail value of all prizes in Lottery No. 94 is $65,000.

Unless specified otherwise, all prize draws will be conducted at Activ Foundation Inc, 327 Cambridge Street, Wembley, WA 6014.

Results will be posted on the Lucky Puppy Lottery website.

All prize winners will receive a phone call from a member of the Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs team and will also be posted/emailed out an official prize notification letter.

The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers and ticket fulfillment staff at Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia; the nominee of the lottery; directors, suppliers and employees associated with the lottery draws.

The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).

The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In accordance with Australian consumer law, Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs is not obligated to provide a refund for any ‘change of heart’ decision related to the purchase of a ticket.

For other refund requests, or if tickets have been sold in error, Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs may provide a refund at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be received and approved by Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs the day before the prize draw to be processed. Refunds will NOT be approved after the prize draw close date and time.

Lottery tickets are not tax deductible.

The permit numbers for Lottery No. 94 are: ACT R 24/00242, NSW GOCAU/2449, VIC 10463/24.

ACT, NSW and VIC permits are valid from Monday January 6, 2025 through to midnight AEDT Friday March 28, 2025.

Prizes (ALL)

Each winner is required to complete a 100-point identification check.

If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs reserves the right not to draw another winner.

Unclaimed Prizes in the ACT: Where Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs is unable to contact a winner, or any prize remains unclaimed 8 weeks from the draw date, Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs reserves the right to conduct a re-draw from the remaining entries in the relevant draw.

It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

Grand Prize

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday March 26, 2025, are eligible for the Grand Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday March 28, 2025.

The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid GXL or a Luxury European Cruise for 2 or $50,000 cash.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) resides in Victoria or Queensland they will have the option of selecting either a Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid GXL or a Luxury European Cruise for 2 or $50,000 in gold.

The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the vehicle, arrangements between the vehicle supplier and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle includes all on-road costs, registration fees and compulsory third-party insurance. Ongoing servicing is the responsibility of the winner(s). There may be a wait period associated with the build of the vehicle.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the Luxury European Cruise, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the winner will commence immediately. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel to the chosen destination.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $50,000 cash, an EFT transfer will be organised. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) resides in Victoria or Queensland and elects to take the $50,000 in Gold, the gold will be provided in an account with ABC Bullion. This will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs representative.

Early Bird Prize

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, February 26, 2025, are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday, February 28, 2025.

The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will win the choice of a trip for 2 to the Singapore F1 Grand Prix with flights and accommodation valued at $10,000 or $10,000 cash. All travel services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel to the chosen destination. If the Early Bird winner(s) resides in Victoria or Queensland they will have the option of selecting either the trip for 2 to the Singapore F1 Grand Prix with flights and accommodation, valued at $10,000 or $10,000 in gold.

Super Early Bird Prize

Only tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, January 22, 2025, are eligible for the Super Early Bird Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Friday, January 24, 2025.

The Super Early Bird Prize winner(s) will win the choice of a holiday to Hamilton Island valued at $5,000 or $5,000 cash. All travel services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel to the chosen destination. If the Super Early Bird winner(s) resides in Victoria or Queensland they will have the option of selecting either a holiday to Hamilton Island valued at $5,000 or $5,000 in gold.

Lucky Club Prize

The Lucky Club Prize is a separate draw that consists only of tickets purchased by Lucky Club members.

Lucky Club members in our monthly debit program will be in with the chance to win $1,000 in cash in our weekly draws.
